- My story - I was working on my final project for one of my Summer classes at the University of Maryland when I accidentally dropped my whole water bottle on top of my laptop. The laptop suddenly shut off, and I thought it was a goner along with my assignment I spend weeks working on. Likely, I contacted Alejandro soon after that (not thinking I would get it fixed, but perhaps he could save my files). Alejandro was friendly, gave me options, and offered me step-by-step instructions of what he will attempt to do. He understood the time-sensitive nature of my predicament and told me he would get back to me as soon as possible. Long story short. A few hours later, my laptop was fully working! He did a fantastic job and saved me the time and money that it would have caused for me to buy a new laptop. But, most importantly, he allowed me to submit my assignment on time and get the A I had tirelessly worked to earn throughout the school semester. I am beyond thankful! Alejandro was nothing less than fantastic, trustworthy, and professional! He is now my new-to-go guy for any computer fixes.

About a month ago my laptop crashed unexpectedly and I was looking for a computer professional to help fix the problem. It was not easy to find a good one. Fortunately, a good friend of mine highly recommended that I contacted Alejandro Lopez, who has serviced his computers for decades. Alejandro came the next day and solved my problems in no time.
He was very caring and continued helping me ASAP after I called him later because my computer still needed some fine tuning for some new but minor problems. Of all the computer technicians I have used before, I can say that Alejandro is the best. Also, his fees are quite reasonable and affordable. If another computer crisis happens, I will not hesitate to call him immediately. I truly wish him the best in his career.

Here is my testimonial.
I am a budget analyst. My computer's Microsoft Excel spreadsheet just stopped working properly and stopped adding, subtracting, dividing, multiplying as it normally does. It didn't make sense. There were numbers at the top of the spreadsheet and numbers on the bottom of the spreadsheet, so you could not identify cells. I have budget deadlines and plenty of budget spreadsheets that keep my budgets numbers aligned and matching. Now, they didn't match. I just didn't need this problem at this time.
However, at that pivotal moment, I called Alfonic Computer Repair on Rockville Pike, Maryland, thinking that maybe someone there would have an answer. Alexandro, the owner, answered the phone and took my call. I explained my Excel dilemma and he was not quite sure how to solve my problem. However, instead of saying, sorry I cannot help you, he took my phone number and address and said that he would stop by my home after work; we did not live that far apart.
True to his word, Alexando knocked on my door with a broad smile and said, how can I help you? After spending only five minutes looking at my Excel spreadsheet, which had baffled me for two days, Alexandro clicked on a Microsoft multiple-choice or optional checklist, and just like that, my Microsoft Excel spreadsheets had numbers aligned at the top again. They worked again.
I am so grateful to Alexandro for taking the time, taking my call, taking responsibility of helping another human being, and driving to my home to fix a problem when most PC computer repair shops would have told me, sorry, I can't help you or bring your computer to the shop.

They moved locations. They were in Hyattsville, but now in Laurel. I called first for an estimate (that they stayed true to btw). Also, they do free pickup and delivery, which I happily took advantage of (idk how it works in store but I had to pay in cash which is no problem). My laptop was physically damaged. Like it continued to work w/o issue but the part that connected the screen and keyboard was separating. They completed the work the next day. That fast service 👌 🙌 👏
